Turkey and Stuffing Muffins
These muffins are a delicious and portable way to use up leftover stuffing and turkey. They are perfect for a quick breakfast, lunch, or snack, and can be easily reheated in the microwave or oven. - Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit / 200 degrees Celsius / Gas Mark 6. Lightly grease a muffin tin with cooking spray, and set aside.
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine the stuffing, turkey, eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Stir to mix the ingredients evenly.
- Divide the stuffing mixture evenly among the muffin cups, pressing it down lightly with the back of a spoon.
- Bake the muffins in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the tops are golden and the muffins are cooked through.
