Sourcing meat from places that care about the welfare of the animals as well as the quality is important to me but it’s hard to find it at an affordable price in supermarkets.
So far we’ve tried the sirloin steaks, a topside of beef and a fillet of beef, as well as some sausages. All of them were so very tender with a great flavour, and not at all grissly or fatty like you find with lesser quality meat. Priced very reasonably too, and with free, reliable and friendly delivery.
Won’t be going anywhere else for our beef, pork or lamb from now on!

Dear all at the farm,
I just wanted to let you know how impressed I am with your produce and service.
After calling up Andy and discussing my requirements I collected my order from the farm all on the same day.
The beef rib I purchased was the best I’ve ever had anywhere. It was so delicious and tender with fantastic not too fatty crust. I rubbed in dry mustard and finely diced rosemary leaves with olive oil and seasonings Jamie Oliver style sitting on a bed of chunky onion, carrots and a drop of red wine, a couple of bastings and long rest before carving. It was also delicious cold. Next time I will cook it a little less so slightly pinker.
I also decided to try the minced mutton. Will definitely be ordering more of this as it was just perfect. Flavour not too strong at all and so lean and tender. This I cooked last night with homemade Ethiopian seasonings called Berber Spice with aubergine and coriander. So much better than a curry. I only wish someone would cook some for me to try.
Perhaps when the Covid is over you may consider a tasting at event at the farm. I am sure there would be lots of interest from locals.
I have yet to cook the lamb shoulder but sure that will not disappoint.

Sorry to post a photo of my dinner but OMG, this was the best meal I’ve cooked for a while and it’s all down to the fantastic oxtail I bought from Intwood Farm.
Free delivery in most areas of Norwich if you spend over £21.00 and they even chucked in a six pack of free range eggs for us too.
The stew only has six ingredients but tastes so complex, again due to the quality of the meat. I’m a very happy bunny right now,

I’ve been looking for a high welfare, local farm for a while now. I’m really impressed by how accessible the produce is and was able to pick up quite a few bits at Cringleford stores.

Outstanding quality, couldn’t ask for more.
Sourcing meat from places that care about the welfare of the animals as well as the quality is important to me but it’s hard to find it at an affordable price in supermarkets.
So far we’ve tried the sirloin steaks, a topside of beef and a fillet of beef, as well as some sausages. All of them were so very tender with a great flavour, and not at all grissly or fatty like you find with lesser quality meat. Priced very reasonably too, and with free, reliable and friendly delivery.
Won’t be going anywhere else for our beef, pork or lamb from now on!

Dear all at the farm,
I just wanted to let you know how impressed I am with your produce and service.
After calling up Andy and discussing my requirements I collected my order from the farm all on the same day.
The beef rib I purchased was the best I’ve ever had anywhere. It was so delicious and tender with fantastic not too fatty crust. I rubbed in dry mustard and finely diced rosemary leaves with olive oil and seasonings Jamie Oliver style sitting on a bed of chunky onion, carrots and a drop of red wine, a couple of bastings and long rest before carving. It was also delicious cold. Next time I will cook it a little less so slightly pinker.
I also decided to try the minced mutton. Will definitely be ordering more of this as it was just perfect. Flavour not too strong at all and so lean and tender. This I cooked last night with homemade Ethiopian seasonings called Berber Spice with aubergine and coriander. So much better than a curry. I only wish someone would cook some for me to try.
Perhaps when the Covid is over you may consider a tasting at event at the farm. I am sure there would be lots of interest from locals.
I have yet to cook the lamb shoulder but sure that will not disappoint.
Thank you for sending the Christmas Order form. I would very much like to try some Gammon to cook before Christmas so will be in touch about ordering this soon.
