Turkey and Broccoli Quiche

Method
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Place the shortcrust pastry base in a flan dish, and set aside.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk. Stir in the cheese, broccoli, turkey, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the egg mixture into the shortcrust pastry, and use a fork to distribute the ingredients evenly.
- Bake the quiche in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the pastry is golden and the filling is set.
- Let the quiche cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
