Turkey and broccoli quiche

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Place the shortcrust pastry base in a flan dish, and set aside.
  3. In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk. Stir in the cheese, broccoli, turkey, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the egg mixture into the shortcrust pastry, and use a fork to distribute the ingredients evenly.
  5. Bake the quiche in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the pastry is golden and the filling is set.
  6. Let the quiche cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.

  • 4 eggs
  • 240ml milk
  • 100g cup shredded cheese
  • 200g cooked, chopped broccoli
  • 200g cooked, chopped turkey
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
