We hadn’t quite finished winter calving when the first lambs made a surprise appearance, a little early! All is well though and lambing is now in full swing. The new arrivals are being kept cosy in the barns until the weather improves and then they will be put out on the meadows.
The last cow has just calved which should give us a bit of a break before the spring calves start arriving in March.
