We searched long and hard for a supplier of free range chickens whose ethos met our own and we are now proud to supply Sutton Hoo Chickens to you.
Sutton Hoo chickens are lovingly reared in the heart of the Suffolk countryside, across 40 acres of meadows next to the ancient Anglo-Saxon National Trust site at Sutton Hoo. They rear their chicken slowly, to the highest welfare standards and use traditional free range farming methods, to give you a chicken like it used to taste.
Sutton Hoo’s mission is to rear a truly free range chicken with constant access to the outdoors, sunshine and plenty of room to roam on natural grassland. The welfare of their chickens always comes first.
We stock both fresh chickens and frozen chickens in our shop.
