Dry rubs are a quick and easy way to add extra flavour to your meat in no time at all! These are great with Intwood Farm Steaks from our home reared cattle

Method

Place all the ingredients on a shallow plate and mix well.

  • 1 tablespoon dried thyme
  • 1 tablespoon dried basil leaves
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley flakes
  • 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
