Cocoa Powder.  Chocolate Contains Cocoa Solids 26% Minimum, Milk Solids 22% minimum.

So chocolatey, so oaty, so honeyey (not a real word!). The Bottle Baking Co’s honey cookies are flavoured with natural honey flavoured Belgian chocolate.  Each cookie is packed full of chocolate and creates a delicious crumbly cookie.  You can add extra honey if you want them to be even more flavour filled, but that’s not compulsory at all!

Shelf Life
All mixes have a 12 month shelf life from the date they are made. The majority of mixes have been made within the last 2 months. So you should have 10+ months to use them from when they arrive with you.

Requires 1 large egg, 170g of softened butter, 50ml milk (1-2 tablespoons of honey is optional).
