Lamb Hotpot from Farmyard Frozen Serves 1


Farmyard Frozen was born out of the demand created for restaurant quality food at home created by the Covid-19 pandemic. Chef patron Andrew Jones and his wife Hannah realised that people loved to eat their food even when then couldn’t get to their Michelin Guide featured restaurant “Farmyard”, so decided to deliver the restaurant experience to everyone, regardless of geography.
Lyonnaise onions, capers & potato

Farmyard’s Norfolk take on the classic Lancashire hotpot, utilising incredible locally sourced lamb. Caramelised onions provide a rich & savoury base for the lamb shoulder braised slowly with white wine & thyme. A handful of tangy capers at the end brings balance to the finish. Topped with a crisp hand-layered potato gratin.
